This property is a gem.  At almost 5 acres beachfront it is a dream come true.  Develop the estate of your dreams, a hotel, resort, or just hold until the area develops.  Costa del Sol is currently a sleepy little town.  At less than an hour from the airport it is the only deepwater access in the country without going far east or far west.  You are about an hour and 30 minutes from Surf City and about same to the capital city.  When I first toured Costa del Sol I was shocked at how underdeveloped it is versus what it will soon become.  There are already large developers planning marinas and resorts as there is currently only one small marina in the area.
