JM 100 ounce silver bars were made by one of the world's most well known silver refineries, Johnson Matthey Assayers & Refiners. Made of 99.9% solid silver with a purity mark of "Fine Silver .999" stamped on each bar. Each bar also has it's own custom serial number stamped on the bottom. Johnson Matthey is one of the world's oldest silver refineries. First established by Percival Johnson as a gold refinery in 1817, his company merged with George Matthey in 1851.
